This guide walks vendors through how to properly prepare, list, and publish products on the Digital Escape Marketplace.

STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR PRODUCT MOCKUPS

Before listing any product:

  • Design your product artwork.
  • Prepare at least 3 high-quality mockups:
    • Front view
    • Back view
    • Close-up / detail view
  • Place your design exactly where it should be printed.
  • Use clean, realistic mockups (no filters or concepts).

Note: These mockups are used for customer trust and manufacturing reference.

STEP 2: SIGN IN & ACCESS VENDOR DASHBOARD

  • Sign in with your vendor account.
  • Go to the Vendor Dashboard.

STEP 3: ADD A NEW PRODUCT

  • Click Add New Product.
  • Fill in the following details:

    • Category
    • Description (Be clear and honest)

STEP 4: UPLOAD PRODUCT IMAGES

  • Upload your prepared mockups.
  • Limit: Max 4 images, 5MB each.
  • Add image alt text (usually the product name).

If your product needs production:

  1. Toggle "Need a Manufacturer".
  2. Select manufacturing type (e.g., Print on Demand, Custom Framing).
  3. Choose item type.
  4. Select a manufacturer service.
  5. Upload print-ready files.
  6. Add material, quality, and notes.

Manufacturers on DEA are pre-vetted, but vendors remain responsible for final approval.

  • Add attribute types (e.g., Color, Size).
  • Add values (e.g., Black, White / Small, Medium, Large).

Once approved, your product goes live.
