DIGITAL ESCAPE MARKETPLACE
VENDOR STANDARDS SHEET
Applies to: All Vendors / Creators
This standards sheet outlines the minimum quality, content, and fulfilment expectations for vendors selling on the Digital Escape Marketplace.
1. PRODUCT MOCKUPS & IMAGES (MANDATORY)
All vendors must prepare clear, realistic mockups before listing any product.
Image Requirements
- Minimum 3 images per product.
- Views: Front view, Back view, and Close-up / detail view.
- Clean backgrounds.
- No filters or watermarks.
- Maximum image size: 5MB per image.
Design Placement
- Designs must be placed exactly where they will be printed.
- Scale, alignment, and positioning must be accurate.
- Mockups must reflect the final product, not concepts.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION STANDARDS
Descriptions
- Clear, honest, and concise.
- No exaggerated or misleading claims.
- Include materials, size details, and care instructions where applicable.
Pricing
- Prices must be transparent.
- Discounts must be genuine.
- Pre-order wait times must be exact and realistic.
3. VARIANTS & INVENTORY
- Variants must be clearly defined (size, color, material, etc.).
- Inventory counts must reflect actual availability.
- Overselling or false stock claims are not permitted.
4. MANUFACTURER USAGE (IF APPLICABLE)
- Vendors must assign manufacturers through the platform.
- Production files must be accurate and print-ready.
- Vendors must approve quality before delivery.
Note: DEA pre-vets all manufacturers, but final product approval is the vendor's responsibility.
5. ORDER FULFILMENT STANDARDS
- Orders must be monitored actively.
- Quality checks must be completed promptly.
- Delivery must be activated immediately once items are ready.
Repeated delays or negligence may lead to penalties or suspension.
6. COMMUNICATION & CONDUCT
- Professional communication at all times.
- All conversations must stay within the platform.
- No harassment, abuse, or misinformation.
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS
Vendors may NOT list:
- Food or consumables
- Counterfeit goods
- Illegal or restricted items
- Offensive or harmful content
8. ENFORCEMENT
Failure to meet these standards may result in:
- Product rejection or removal
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from the Marketplace
